  I ordered a Chicago dog and got Ketchup on it!!! When I complained, the manager gave me attitude and told me they don't need to follow everything about the recipe of a classic Chicago dog.. I also ordered chicken sandwich which was ok except for the fact that they put cheese sauce instead of actual cheese and still made me pay for it

  I had the opportunity to visit the Brown's Chicken restaurant in Hoffman Estates on Thursday night, 10/15/2015, for a chicken dinner. Will never make that mistake again. The biscuit in the dinner was so dried out it literally crumbled upon trying to eat it. The corn was obviously sitting in rancid butter or had been out too long as when I bit into it, it smelled and tasted bad. However, the chicken was okay, although I noticed that when I arrived, the chicken was just sitting there under a heat lamp. All of this for $12.54.
  
  Brown's states in their advertisement that they taste better. I'm afraid that they do not. I will not visit this location again.
