  They're always making mistakes on my order. Fries are cold at times too. I've had to go back because of the mistakes they make on my order

  I went through the drive through at the BK at the corner of Barrington and Higgins in Hoffman Estates, IL. They had me park to wait for the order, which took forever; I began to think they had forgotten about me. When I got home and went to eat it the only thing they got right was the shake. The double whopper I ordered was a single. And for some inexplicable reason they gave me two jalapeno chicken fries and three oreo cheesecakes, when I had only ordered one of each. And they overcharged me (presumably the charge was appropriate to the food they gave me, which I hadn't ordered). What they gave me was so wrong it was truly bizarre. That was my first time back to a BK in a long time, and they really blew it. I will never go back.
